Gopalakrishnan has more than two decades of professional experience in the field of manufacturing comprising of procurement, vendor development, stores, materials planning and Enterprise Solutions. Earlier, he has worked in a leading enterprise solutions firm a Ford associate organization, as Regional manager in the field of Information Technology.. He was Head Supply Chain of BPL consumer electronics managing the materials planning and procurement and production function.
Gopalakrishnan has set up the Microsoft business solutions practice at ATNA. With his vast experience in the materials management field he has successfully implemented many ERP projects.
He has piloted many consulting assignments which include post and pre ERP implementation reviews, manufacturing and materials management best practices consulting for our various clients.
Gopalakrishnan is an International member of the association of Operations Management (APICS USA) and is a regular speaker in various management institutes.
